FEATURED BOOKS ON KINESIOLOGY FROM BARNES & NOBLE.COM?
Kinesiology is the science or study of the activity of muscles, and the functioning, mechanics, and structures of the body parts involved in movement. Mechanics refers to the effect that energy and other forces have upon the body. Kinesiology comes from the Greek word "kinesis" meaning "motion," and the Greek word "logos" meaning "study." Put the two words together and you have "motion study."
