ODD is an abbreviation for Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Oppositional Defiant Disorder is a behavioral and emotional disorder of childhood or adolescence that is characterized by a repeated pattern of hostile, negative, and disobedient behavior towards authority figures without seriously violating the rules of society or the rights of others. Adolescence is a period of life ranging from puberty to adulthood. Puberty is the period of life in which the ability to reproduce begins, which usually begins between the ages of 11 and 13.
