Scapulalgia
A rarely used term for pain in the shoulder blades. Scapulalgia is also known as scapulodynia. Scapulalgia comes from the Latin word "scapulae" meaning "the shoulder blades," and the Greek word "algos" meaning "pain." Put the two words together and you have "pain (in the) shoulder blades."
